UPPER EAST SIDE RESIDENCE

A 1960’s Upper East Side apartment gets a needed facelift.

Built in 1961, this second floor 3 bed 2 bath apartment had the unique feature of having a 350 sf terrace connected to the master bedroom (not available in any other units at this building). The approach for this project included improving the connection and use of the outdoor terrace by creating a new circulation inside the apartment, enlarging bathrooms and optimizing the use of the kitchen as a social area.

The 1900’s Parisian inspiration takes on a modern turn by combining traditional materials with more contemporary shapes.
